Azitro AI provides AI receptionist tools, website design, and related automations for medical and dental practices. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your practice to enter into these Terms.

3. Free audit

Our free audit is provided for informational purposes. It gives you our assessment and a suggested plan, but it does not guarantee any specific result and creates no obligation for you to purchase services.

4. Fees and billing

Pricing for paid services is set out in the proposal or order you accept. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in your agreement or in our guarantee below.

5. 30-day guarantee

Where we offer a 30-day guarantee on the AI receptionist, the specific terms and conditions of that guarantee are described in your service agreement and control over any summary shown on our website.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access we need to deliver the services.
• Use the services lawfully and in compliance with regulations that apply to your practice, including patient privacy laws.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not misuse or attempt to disrupt the services.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our software, designs, and materials. You retain rights to the content and data you provide. Deliverables we create for you are licensed or assigned to you as set out in your agreement once fees are paid.

8. No medical advice

Our services support practice operations and communications. They do not provide medical advice and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of licensed providers.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azitro AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Azitro AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms or of laws that apply to your practice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
